General Procedure

• Client gives us the requirements for the opening positions, expected qualification and skill sets.
• We look for candidates through our recruiting channels, arrange internal interviews, send candidates' resume to client, and send qualified ones for client's interview.
• After candidates are decided by client, MDT InfoTech sign agreement or work order with the client.
• MDT InfoTech provides internal training to candidates and then sends them to the on-site work.
• MDT InfoTech provides continuous training to on-site employees and learn feedback from client.
