Deping Wang, Manager of Development Department / Delivery Star in 2006
Deping is in charge of Development Department in MDT InfoTech. He has proved to be an excellent Dev Lead in quite a few offshore outsourcing projects. He is a reliable person with high commitment to quality and on-time delivery.

"Time is usually too limited to complete all the tasks. Do the most important and urgent thing first. If time permits, do the less urgent but important thing. If there's still some time, go for those less important but urgent. Still have time? This rarely happens! Well, make yourself a cup of tea; add some sugar, then to handle the things not important or urgent."

Lei Shi, Software Design Engineer in Testing / Growing Star in 2006
Lei joined MDT InfoTech in October, 2006. Just over the first 2 months in MDT, he had given us a great impression on his quick learning abilities and technical potentials.

David worked as project manager in 2006 for one of MDT's major clients. He never ignored any outstanding issues in his daily report to the customer, and delivered with clear communication.

"To be a good project manager, I think it's a necessity to pay enough attention to understanding customer's requirements and ensure smooth communications. On the other hand, how much other team members are encouraged to contribute to the project is also important.

Arthur played multiple important roles in 2006. Besides corporate network administration, he also took part in some testing projects. His technical expertise in networking and warm-hearted attitude helped us get out of a lot of problems.
