•　Contract Editor Application

The client was developing a Lease Authoring System that offers a document-based word ocessing and workflow environment for the creation of leases and other legal documents. The system needed a Contract Editor that allows users to create the contracts using the standardized templates, and have the ability to insert objects, edit and format documents, create tables and images. MDT InfoTech was engaged to develop this application – The Contract Editor – in order to streamline the whole lease modification process and to substantially reduce the manual burden.
