Software Design & Development
We set 10 technical levels for software development related positions in MDT, namely SDE Level 1 to SDE Level 10. A developer's technical level depends on his/her education background, coding experience, contribution to MDT, performance, etc.

Quality Assurance / Software Testing
We also have 10 technical levels for software testing related positions, namely SDE/SDET Level 1 to 10. A test engineer's level depends on his/her education background, skillsets, working experience, contribution, performance, etc.

Project Management
You'll be playing a key, long-term role in managing various projects and ensuring effective communication with customers.

Sales & Marketing
You'll be a key person underpinning our commercial and organizational strategy to benefit the business as a whole.
